Health & Wellness

Our mission is to help people build unity and balance in their mind, body and spirit by empowering and encouraging individuals to be their own health advocate.

Ami's Experience

Over the past few years, I have experienced health issues and have been on a journey to discover what good health and healthy living looks like and what are root causes of sickness and disease. We have too many clients come through our doors with chronic illness, hormone related issues, digestive problems and allergies, along with depression and anxiety. These stories have been full of frustration. That was the case for me as well. I was not feeling heard, received no answers for my symptoms and was given prescriptions with no relief from multiple doctors.

I believe there is a problem in our western medicine - mostly because there’s a one-size-fits-all approach with prescriptions and procedures. Our bodies are unique and our healthcare should be personalized based on each unique design. Our bodies are miraculous and have the ability to heal and restore when given the right nutrition, rest and care. There are many preventative and holistic remedies to be explored.

Our practice has always been focused on mind, heart and emotional issues, which are extremely important for mental health. We are expanding our treatment and services to acknowledge the connection between our mind, body and spirit.

It is vital to heal and nourish all 3 through caring and tending to our physical, emotional, spiritual needs. Let us help you.
