I'm a born and raised Texas girl, a wife to my best friend of 19 years, and a stepmom to 2 adult sons. When I'm not working, I love living in the country, surrounded by nature and animals, relaxing and snuggling with my puppy 'Kitty', spending time with family and leading worship at my church. I like to do road trips with my husband, always looking for some adventure and seeing new places and eating good food.

Have you ever found yourself getting "triggered" or someone has said they are? Our past has so much influence on how we respond in relationships. Everything we experience leaves a pathway in our brain, which links together the emotion you felt, where you felt it internally, if your needs were met or not, and the beliefs we form during that experience. Then something happens in the present that reminds you of that experience and you and your body react as if you were back going through it again. 

We have "attachment" pattern, how we love, connect and relate to each other. You can't heal what you aren't aware of or acknowledge. I will help you heal and grow. If you're relationship has ended, I can help you process the grief and the hurt. Some other specialties are healing from betrayal, adjustment after divorce, preparation for marriage, remarriage, cultivating stepfamily dynamics, parenting stages and transitions. I want to meet you where you are in life, and offer insight and strategies that improves perception of self and relationships.

I am a certified nutrition coach, helping people be more healthy, not just in their mind, but the whole self. I believe that diet, natural supplements, active lifestyle, faith, community and healing past wounds is the key to living our best lives. I would love to work with you and help you achieve your goals.
