I know firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for therapy when you can hardly find words for what you’re carrying. That lived understanding informs my work and allows me to meet clients with respect for their unique experience and a steadfast belief that change is possible.
Healing rarely happens in loud or obvious ways. More often, it begins in quiet spaces where people feel safe enough to tell the truth about their pain, their relationships, and their unspoken longing for something different. Creating that kind of space is at the heart of my work and can only happen in collaboration with the courage of my clients. Relational wounds can profoundly shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and God, often weakening trust in our inner voice and sense of
identity. I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover their voice and move toward lives marked by authenticity and congruence.
Let’s work together to understand your story, make meaning of your pain, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel distant, silenced, or fractured. Grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, I support individuals and couples in strengthening their relationships with themselves and others through emotional safety,
nervous-system regulation, and a compassionate, attuned presence. I am honored to
be a part of your journey.
