I am a mom of 3, a photographer and an avid cyclist! I truly believe that health isn't just mental and that a combination of physical health + mental health is the best recipe for growth! I love people and love hearing their stories. I was a teacher for a year but realized my greatest calling, besides being a mom, was to be a counselor.
I have a desire to help people who have experienced the trauma of abuse and narcissism. I am also passionate about helping people work through anxiety, depression, divorce, self-worth, eating & body image disorders as well as dysfunctional family units.
I believe we all have a story and some of those stories are of hardship and heartache. I want to come alongside you and hear your story but also provide you the tools to help you heal and grow. I believe we all have worth and I want to help you see your value, because you DO have value.
