Kaitlen Forman, LPC
About Me:
You know that person you always see nuzzled up with their favorite book in the corner of the local coffee shop sipping on a latte? That’s me. I’m the type of person who loves simplicity. I thrive off spending time with my husband, having game nights with friends, working out until my body feels like mush, and taking road trips to new places.
Let’s be real though, life doesn’t always look like butterflies and rainbows. In fact, life can feel like an absolute beating sometimes. If you’re reading this, I’m guessing this is one of your “sometimes.” I get it. Stress, depression, emptiness, anxiety, and self-judgment are constantly knocking at our door. It’s the worst, but the good news is it doesn’t have to stay that way.
For as long as I can remember, my greatest passion in life has been to help people overcome the battles life presents them with. Specifically, I love helping people who have experienced trauma, whether it be emotionally, physically, or spiritually. When someone is in my office, it’s my goal to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which they can be supported in their efforts to change and grow.
I'm here to help and look forward to hearing from you!
