About Me:

I love being a Texas girl, a wife to my best friend of 14 years, and a stepmom to 2 adult sons. I have a passion for working with the heartbroken and those searching for identity, worth and meaning. Some specific focus areas are attachment issues that lead to relationship conflict and insecurities, adjustment after divorce, preparation for marriage, remarriage and stepfamilies, parenting transitions. I want to connect with you where you are in your relationships, trials, transitions of life, and offer truth and strategies that improves perception of self and other relationships. I'm looking forward to beginning this journey with you.

I started the practice in 2012 to provide a place for guidance and hope for people and relationships. Our team has unique strengths and specializations to be able to meet the needs of the people we have the privilege to serve. Our purpose is help you rediscover your authentic self, renew your perspective, and restore your relationships.
